TENDER DESCRIPTION

The technical and economic documentation, the PAC, PT and D.T.O.E. phases, shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of H.G. (Government Decision) no. 907/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, as well as with Law no. 169/2026 regarding the Code for territorial planning, urbanism and constructions, and it must obligatorily comply with the solution provided in the Technical Connection Opinion no. 1006155126/27.02.2026. According to the Technical Connection Opinion no. 1006155126/27.02.2026, the connection solution established through the Solution Study endorsed by DELGAZ GRID S.A. provides: • the connection point established at a voltage level of 20 kV, at the existing 20 kV ELS – arrival from PT 175 BL 237 and the existing 20 kV ELS – departure to PT 25 BL 316, at a distance of approximately 15 m; • works for strengthening the electrical network of the network operator, consisting in integrating the equipment from the connection module into SCADA; • the measurement point established at a voltage level of 20 kV, at the measurement cell and connection, with the measuring group having the structure, the type of meter, the measuring transformers and the…
