TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of Lot 4 of the investment objective “Craiova – Filiași Motorway and Filiași Express Road – Târgu Jiu”, with an overall length of approximately 22.925 km, including 5.103 km under the Motorway profile and 17.822 km under the Express Road profile, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. In accordance with the contractual provisions, namely H.G. (Government Decision) no. 1/2018, any amendments that may occur during the performance of the contract refer to the following, without being limited to: 1. Changes to the contracting parties, including replacing the contractor with a new contractor under the conditions provided for in Article 221(1) letter d), point (ii); 2. Change of the company name and/or the form of the company, changes which do not entail the creation of a new legal entity; 3. Amendments resulting from adapting the Execution Technical Design to the reality on the ground, including changes to specific technical solutions; 4.
