TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract consists in the design and execution of Lot 4 of the investment objective “Craiova – Filiași Motorway and Filiași Express Road – Târgu Jiu”, with a length of approximately 22.925 km, of which 5.103 km on the Motorway profile and 17.822 km on the Express Road profile, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. In accordance with the contractual provisions, namely of H.G. no. 1/2018, any amendments that may occur during the term of the contract refer to the following, without being limited thereto: 1. Amendments to the contracting parties, including replacing the contractor with a new contractor under the conditions provided for in Article 221(1)(d), point (ii); 2. Change of the company name and/or legal form, changes that do not entail the creation of a new legal entity; 3. Amendments resulting from the adaptation of the Executive Technical Design to the actual situation on site, including changes to specific technical solutions; 4.
