DESIGN AND EXECUTION WORKS: "TransRegio Feleac Road TR 35 – Stage I Metropolitan Bypass TR 35 and Connecting Roads – Phase I Metropolitan Bypass TR 35 and Connecting Roads, Lot 3: TR35 road between km 19+600 and km 24+365, including Junction 8 (Basarabiei), Junction 9 (Frunzișului), with tunnels 1+2+3 and connecting road DL B8 (Tr 35 Junction 9 – Frunzișului Street in Cluj-Napoca Municipality)" according to the attached technical documentation; In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para.
