TENDER DESCRIPTION

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS: „TransRegio Feleac Road TR 35 – Phase I Metropolitan Ring Road TR 35 and Connecting Roads – Phase I Metropolitan Ring Road TR 35 and Connecting Roads, Lot IV: the TR35 road between km 24+365 and km 28+600, including Junction 10-(Calea Turzii), Junction 11 (Mihai Românul), Junction 12- (Măcieșului), Junction 13 (Pediatric hospital), including the connecting road DL B5- detour of Calea Turzii, the parking area at km 25+720 and the Maintenance and Coordination Center at km 24+500” in accordance with the attached technical documentation; In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority establishes that any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the Award Documentation – 20 days prior to the submission deadline for tenders, to which a reply will be provided 11 days prior to the submission deadline for tenders.
