DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF WORKS: “TransRegio Feleac Road TR 35 – Stage I Metropolitan Ring TR 35 and Connecting Roads – Phase I Metropolitan Ring TR 35 and Connecting Roads, Lot V: TR35 road between km 28+600 and km 31+700, including Junction 14 (Sopor), junction 15 (Selgros) and partially the connecting road DL B6 (from junction 14-[Sopor] to km 1+600)” in accordance with the attached technical documentation; In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority establishes that any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation—at 20 days prior to the deadline for submission of offers, to which replies will be provided 11 days prior to the deadline for submission of offers.
