DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF WORKS: "TransRegio Feleac TR 35 Road – Stage I Metropolitan Ring Road TR 35 and Connecting Roads – Phase I Metropolitan Ring Road TR 35 and Connecting Roads, Lot V: the TR35 road between km 28+600 and km 31+700, including Node 14 (Sopor), Node 15 (Selgros), and partially the DL B6 connecting road (from node 14-[Sopor] to km 1+600)" according to the attached technical documentation; In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the contracting authority establishes that any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the Award Documentation - 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, to which a response will be given 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
