TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract’s subject matter consists of the complete design and execution of the investment «Residential Recovery Centre for Addictions Noi Orizonturi», in Cluj-Napoca municipality, Valea Gârbăului–east area, on the plot in the public domain of Cluj-Napoca Municipality, identified by CF/ cadastral no. 353371, with an area of 10,504 sq m. The holder of the investment and the owner of the land is Cluj-Napoca Municipality, while the beneficiary and the contracting authority is the Cluj-Napoca Directorate of Social and Medical Assistance. The investment aims to create a specialized residential center for addiction recovery, intended for adults, adolescents and children, with integrated functions of accommodation, assessment, counselling, treatment, rehabilitation, therapeutic, educational, sports, social and reintegration activities. The contractual result is a complete complex, authorized, executed, equipped, tested, commissioned, received, documented and handed over for operation.
