TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main objective of the project is to deliver a fast, safe and modern connection between Griviței Boulevard and the Tractor District by building a connecting road with four lanes of traffic and an upper road overpass above the CF 300 railway line, eliminating the bottlenecks generated by level crossings and ensuring traffic fluidity. Specific objectives: Road safety and urban mobility: implementation of modern road signage, markings, crash barriers and sound-absorbing panels; arranging sidewalks and bicycle lanes; Traffic fluidity and reduction of travel times: increasing road capacity, a modern roundabout at the intersection with Griviței Blvd, reducing the average travel time and bottlenecks. Sustainable infrastructure and water management: installing an energy-efficient LED lighting system and a complete system of drains and runoff channels to protect the infrastructure and prevent flooding. Urban and economic development: increasing the attractiveness of the area for residential and commercial investments, integrating the infrastructure into the sustainable urban mobility plan and supporting logistics for nearby commercial centers.
