TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main objective of the project is to achieve a fast, safe and modern connection between Griviței Boulevard and Tractorul District by building a connecting road with four traffic lanes and an upper road passage over the CF 300 railway line, eliminating bottlenecks generated by level crossings and ensuring traffic fluidity. Specific objectives: Road safety and urban mobility: implementation of modern road signage, markings, guardrails and sound-absorbing panels; arranging sidewalks and bicycle lanes; Traffic fluidity and reduction of travel times: increasing road capacity, a modern roundabout at the intersection with Griviței Boulevard, reducing average travel time and bottlenecks. Sustainable infrastructure and water management: installing an energy-efficient LED lighting system and a complete system of channels and drains to protect the infrastructure and prevent flooding. Urban and economic development: increasing the attractiveness of the area for residential and commercial investments, integrating the infrastructure into the plan for sustainable urban mobility and supporting logistics for the nearby commercial centers.
