TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main objective of the project is to create a fast, safe, and modern connection between Griviței Boulevard and Tractorul Neighborhood, by constructing a four-lane connecting road and an elevated road overpass over railway line CF 300, eliminating the blockages caused by level crossings and ensuring fluid traffic flow. Specific objectives: Road safety and urban mobility: implementation of modern road signage, markings, guardrails, and noise barrier panels; arrangement of sidewalks and bicycle lanes; Traffic flow improvement and reduction of travel times: increasing road capacity, modern roundabout at the intersection with Griviței Boulevard, reducing average travel time and blockages. Sustainable infrastructure and water management: installation of an energy-efficient LED lighting system and a complete system of gutters and drainage to protect infrastructure and prevent flooding.
