TENDER DESCRIPTION

A. The services covered by the contract are: - Preparation of DTAC and DTOE, - Technical documentation for permits/agreements/authorizations - Consulting and preparation of documentation for ANRE network establishment authorization - Preparation of the technical project (PTh); - Preparation of the execution organization project (P.O.E.) - Preparation of execution details (DDE); - Technical verification of the design by authorized verifiers - Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works The above services will be in accordance with Government Decision no. 907/2016 regarding the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical-economic documentation related to investment objectives/projects funded from public funds, with subsequent amendments and completions. B. Execution works covered by the contract: the works consist of construction works for the ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INTELLIGENT NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION NETWORK IN THE PARTNER UATs (UAT BOTENI, UAT HARTIESTI, UAT VULTURENI AND UAT DAVIDESTI) All works are detailed in full within the Feasibility Study (SF) and its annexes attached to the tender documentation.
