The contracting authority anticipates securing the necessary funding for contract signing in the second half of 2026. For the purpose of preparing the work program, the design activity start date is to be considered as September 1, 2026. However, the actual start date will be communicated to the Contractor via an Administrative Commencement Order.

• Submission of the Technical Documentation for Construction Authorization (DTAC) to the Supervisor: 90 days from the Design Activity Start Date.
• Approval of DTAC by the Beneficiary: 15 days after the Supervisor's approval of DTAC.
• Submission of the Technical Execution Project (PTE) and Execution Details (DDE) to the Supervisor and Beneficiary: 150 days from the Design Activity Start Date.
• Approval of PTE and DDE by the Supervisor: 15 days after submission by the Contractor to the Supervisor.
• Approval of PTE and DDE by the Beneficiary: 15 days after the Supervisor's approval of PTE and DDE.

1. Design Activities: Realization of design works according to current regulations, encompassing field studies, as-built drawings, the Construction Book, and obtaining approvals for PAC/DTAC, PTE, and Quantity Lists. This also includes technical assistance during the execution phase of the works.

Environmental Protection and Restoration: Implementing measures such as fencing, landscape arrangements (grassing, shrub planting), installing separators for grease/hydrocarbons, various basins (dispersion, retention, sedimentation, decantation), phyto-purification systems, and monitoring environmental factors (biodiversity, air, water, soil quality, noise). It also covers the installation of noise protection panels and any other activities required for environmental protection and returning the site to its initial state. Site Preparation: This involves the relocation, deviation, or protection of various utilities, including natural gas distribution/transport, telecommunication/fiber optic installations, and water-sewage networks. Road Works - Road Interchange: Construction activities for a road interchange, specifically including earthworks and subgrade improvement, and systems for water drainage, collection, and evacuation. 5. Cadastral Documentation Services: Preparation and approval of the work's location plan by relevant authorities (OCPI/ANCPI), obtaining information from land registries and notary offices, verifying property owner identification, and notifying affected property holders. 6. Ancillary Activities: Conducting technological probes and tests, and undertaking activities necessary for the implementation of a contract promotion plan.
