TENDER DESCRIPTION

The UAT Buzău Municipality has proposed harmonious and coherent development, through the Integrated Strategy for Urban Development, objectives that will lead to the sustainable economic and social development of the Buzău Municipality and, in the long term, will determine an increase in the quality of life of the city’s residents and its transformation into a competitive economic center, by efficiently using physical and human resources. In carrying out this mission, the safety of the local community and the capacity to respond in emergency situations constitute a basic condition: no component of sustainable urban development can be supported in the absence of an appropriate intervention infrastructure. The UAT Buzău Municipality, considering the tasks conferred by the Administrative Code, has as its duties the economic, social and environmental development of the Buzău Municipality, for which it must take all measures necessary to implement and comply with the provisions of the commitments undertaken in the process of European integration.
