TENDER DESCRIPTION
In the coming years, Evides faces the challenge to expand and strengthen the Biesboschsysteem South so that the continuity and reliability of drinking water supply remains ensured in the future. Research and project preparation have shown that the current Transport Pump Station (TPS) capacity at the Petrusplaat location will be insufficient to meet the increasing demand and the desired robustness of the system. The expansion of TPS Petrusplaat forms an essential part of the broader area development within the Biesboschsysteem South. By increasing the capacity, the system can sustainably meet the future supply needs of Evides Drinking Water and Evides Industrial Water. The vision behind this project is aimed at: • realizing a reliable and future-proof drinking and industrial water supply; • increasing the operational flexibility and capacity of the system; • strengthening the supply security to existing and new customers; • carrying out the expansion in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner, in line with the ambitions of Evides.
