TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the contract includes delivering a solution that: • Supports project control for various projects, including periodic project accountability, partly based on the GROTIK control aspects (Money-Risk-Organization-Time-Information-Quality) • Facilitates time registration and approval of registered hours on projects and specific line activities • Complies with relevant laws and regulations, policy frameworks, and control and audit requirements; • Contributes to process improvements and the realization of quick wins • Provides access to the entire object model via PNH's integration platform, regarding integrations with adjacent systems such as the new financial and procurement system, the new HR system, and possibly applications for planning and risk management • Offers appropriate reporting capabilities for various organizational units In addition, the contract may possibly be extended with functionalities in the areas of portfolio management, program management, capacity control, risk management, and project planning.
