TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the Project for conditioning access and services to the old Pletes (farmhouse). This is a mountain path with a steep gradient, currently not practicable for the passage of vehicles. The farmhouse of the Old Pletes (Pletes Velles) does not have basic services such as potable water or a connection to fibre optics; however, these services, fortunately, are located near the start of this path. This path is currently in very poor state of maintenance, making vehicle access unviable and also presenting a steep slope. For these reasons, paving the path is proposed with a layer of concrete that allows access for all types of vehicles. The farmhouse of the Old Pletes (Pletes Velles) has no basic services. Since the municipal water network is right at the start of the path, at the intersection with the Camarulles path, and the same applies to the backbone fibre-optic network, it is proposed to bring these basic services to the farmhouse, running underground and parallel to the new concrete paving.
