TENDER DESCRIPTION

Redevelopment of a transitional space between the historic core and the most recent areas of urban growth, with an approximate surface area of 578.70 m². This is an area with significant day-to-day activity, especially due to the presence of the businesses Can Central and la Fogaina, and it acts as an access point to Sant Sebastià street and to the municipality’s historic urban layout. The works are intended to improve mobility, accessibility, road safety, and the urban quality of the public space, as well as to dignify the heritage setting of the chapel of Sant Sebastià and to strengthen its function as an access point to Sant Sebastià street and to the municipality’s historic core.
