Projekt 1030 - Studie zur Cybersicherheit in Nutzfahrzeugen (CyNF)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim of the project is to gain an overview of the subject area of cybersecurity in commercial vehicles. This is intended, among other things, to explain how commercial vehicles are integrated into digital processes and applications, how the supply chains are structured and who has which responsibilities, what the typical E/E and IT architectures look like, and what developments in the field of cybersecurity are imminent. The study is to cover the full range of commercial vehicles, but in particular address lorries and buses in detail. The outcome shall be a holistic risk assessment of the commercial vehicle ecosystem, on the basis of which technical recommendations and follow-up activities can be derived. As part of the project, two vehicles must also be made available and examined with regard to the aspects of vehicle architecture and vehicle access via telematics systems. In this context, a procedure is to be tested in order to be able to perform an initial assessment of these aspects, e.g. as part of an inspection.
