TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objects are parts of the properties Backa 78:2, 78:3, 78:4 and consist of 3 multi-storey buildings. The buildings have 7–8 floors with a total of 199 apartments and 6 premises. The project is a major refurbishment project in which all bathrooms are renovated at the same time as measures are carried out in the kitchens. Electrical risers are replaced in their entirety and heating risers are replaced in the common areas as well as in certain parts of the apartments. FTX is installed in all building bodies. Balcony fronts are replaced and balconies are renovated. The buildings were constructed at the end of the 1960s and form part of the “Million Programme”, but they are currently not included in the preservation programme. In each stairwell there are two apartments per floor. The intermediate floors are made of concrete and the façade has elements similar to sea-sponge-like façade elements.
