TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes in particular: 1. designing, based on the requirements set out in the SWZ, a single-carriageway road of class G on the section from Gostynin to Płock within national road No 60 from approx. km 52+357 to approx. km 55+737 and from approx. km 59+011 to approx. km 61+900, and construction of the Łąck bypass, divided into 2 sections, 2. preparation of technical documentation enabling the execution of the works indicated for the above-mentioned road sections, 3. obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, all opinions, arrangements/agreements, permits, authorisations and decisions required by law that are necessary to design and implement the investment, 4. construction of the above-mentioned road together with engineering structures and associated infrastructure. 5. preparation of as-built documentation meeting the requirements of the relevant regulations, 6. obtaining administrative decisions for use of the investment.
