Construction project for the municipal road, Bolesław Chrobrego Street 1. The subject of the contract includes preparation of complete design documentation for the construction of Bolesław Chrobrego Street over the section from the intersection with Poprzeczna Street to the boundary with the Ożarów Municipality (length approx. 760 m), including all arrangements, decisions, branch (industry) designs and other studies and documents required or necessary to obtain a decision on permission to carry out a road investment, hereinafter referred to as the ZRiD decision, and enabling the procurement procedure for the award of a public contract for construction works, as well as proper and compliant implementation of the investment in accordance with applicable regulations, including obtaining the ZRiD decision and applying for the granting of immediate enforceability to the ZRiD decision or the clause of finality, depending on the adopted method of implementation of the investment and the needs of the Contracting Authority. 2.
