TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) is publicly tendering, on a Europe-wide basis, the roofing and plumbing works for the extension new build of an office building in the Frankfurt-Höchst industrial park as part of a funded measure. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of work can be found in the tender specifications with the corresponding annexes (part of annex package 03). Bidders are strongly advised to get a precise impression of the local conditions and the works to be performed by means of an on-site inspection before submitting the offer in order to avoid misjudgments in pricing. Should the awarded bidder later rely on circumstances that would have been apparent during an on-site inspection, they will be precluded from doing so with this argument. Registration for an on-site inspection shall be made via the message function of the procurement portal. For further specifics relating to the site visit, please refer to the explanations in the tender specifications (part of annex package 03).
