TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) is hereby tendering the roofing and plumbing works for the expansion of a new office building in the Frankfurt-Höchst Industrial Park as part of a funded project, on a Europe-wide basis. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of services can be found in the specifications with the respective annexes (part of annex bundle 03). Bidders are strongly advised to familiarize themselves with the local conditions and the works to be carried out through an on-site inspection before submitting their bid, in order to avoid misjudgments in pricing. Should the awarded bidder later refer to circumstances that would have been recognizable during an on-site inspection, this argument shall be precluded. Registration for a corresponding site visit is made via the message function of the procurement portal.
