TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) is hereby tendering the works for the windows, exterior doors, and sun protection for the extension new build of an office building in the Frankfurt-Höchst Industrial Park within the framework of a funded project throughout Europe. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of services can be found in the specifications with the corresponding annexes (part of annex bundle 03). Bidders are strongly advised to obtain a precise understanding of the local conditions and the work to be performed through a site inspection prior to submitting their offer, to avoid misjudgments in pricing. Should the successful bidder later refer to circumstances that would have been apparent during a site inspection, this claim shall be precluded. Registration for the relevant site inspection is done via the messaging function of the procurement portal.
