TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) is hereby tendering the work for windows, exterior doors and sun protection for the extension of an office building in the Frankfurt-Höchst Industrial Park as part of a subsidized project across Europe. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of services can be found in the bill of quantities with the corresponding annexes (part of annex bundle 03). Bidders are strongly advised to familiarize themselves with the local conditions and the work to be carried out during a site inspection before submitting their bids, in order to avoid misjudgments during price formation. Should the awarded bidder later invoke circumstances that would have been recognizable during a site inspection, they are precluded from doing so with this argument. Registration for a corresponding site inspection takes place via the messaging function of the procurement portal.
