These developments require a high level of adaptability and make it necessary to continuously redesign and strengthen collaboration, trust, participation and shared responsibility under new framework conditions. The culture process is therefore intended to strengthen a trustworthy, appreciative and responsible working culture, provide guidance and support SOD in successfully managing the ongoing transformation.
