TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) hereby tenders, on a Europe-wide basis, the landscaping and external works for the new construction of the Petrus-Canisius Primary School in Weeze. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of services are to be found in the specification of services together with the relevant documents (part of document set 03). Bidders are strongly advised to make an accurate assessment of the local conditions and the work to be carried out as part of a site visit before submitting an offer, in order to avoid misjudgements when pricing. If the successful bidder later invokes circumstances which would have been recognizable during a site visit, that submission is precluded. Registration for the corresponding site visit is made via the messaging function of the tender portal. For the present scope of services, the performance period is expected to be from mid-January 2027 to mid-August 2027. The start of performance is expected to be mid-January 2027.
