TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of an investment task entitled “Project of Three Sheltering Locations: Primary School No. 23, School Complex No. 11, Chemical Schools Complex”, which includes the provision of a service consisting in preparing a description of the subject matter of the contract for construction works—pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law—in the form of complete design and cost documentation, hereinafter referred to as “design documentation”, including the development of a technical expert opinion together with an inventory for adapting existing shelter premises to the applicable requirements arising from the Act of 5 December 2024 on the Protection of the Population and Civil Defence (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1907 as amended) and the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on the technical conditions that buildings and their location should meet (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1225 as amended), with the possibility of submitting partial tenders for 3 tasks (parts): Task (part) No. 1 entitled: Design of a shelter location – Primary School No. 23 at 3 Wyspiańskiego…
