TENDER DESCRIPTION

For fulfilling its duties at the Landesbetrieb Gewässer (LBG) in Department 53.1, the Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart (RPS) intends to provide external support in the field of project and financial management for the numerous measures with regard to organizational, project-specific and financial aspects. For this purpose, pursuant to Section 21(3) VgV, a framework agreement is to be concluded with a company, under which the necessary support can, as required, be called off / commissioned. The large number of different projects and the various sources of funding, partly with considerable documentation requirements, make it necessary to provide both overall control of the individual funding programmes (e.g. FFF) and a consistently structured control of the individual projects. Coordination and prioritisation of the construction tasks of the Landesbetriebe Gewässer across all Landesbetriebe Gewässer takes place within the partial construction programmes (dam upgrading, technical flood protection and river ecology). Preparation of the coordination within the partial construction programmes is an important part of the overall management effort, which clearly exceeds the effort required…
