TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Stuttgart Governmental District Office (Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart, RPS) intends, for the fulfilment of its tasks within the State Waterways Operations (Landesbetrieb Gewässer, LBG) in Department 53.1, to provide external support in the area of project and financial management of the numerous measures in organisational, project-specific and financial respects. For this purpose, pursuant to Section 21(3) of the VgV, a framework agreement is to be concluded with a company under which the necessary support can be called off / commissioned as required. The large number of different projects and the various sources of funding, partly involving considerable documentation effort, requires both comprehensive management of the individual funding programmes (e.g. FFF) and a uniformly structured management of the individual projects. The coordination and prioritisation of the structural tasks of the State Waterways Operations across all State Waterways Operations is carried out in the sub-construction programmes (dam strengthening, technical flood protection and river ecology).
