TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement are design services, execution of works, and obtaining permits (construction permits, environmental permits, operating permits, temporary permits for waste management, etc., as defined in Book 3 – REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY) for the construction project of the Regional Waste Management Centre “Orlovnjak”, in all respects in accordance with the contract conditions for Plant and design and build for electrotechnical and mechanical construction works and works under the Contractor’s projects (FIDIC Yellow Book, first edition 1999, Croatian translation published by the Croatian Association of Consultants, the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers and the Association of Consulting Companies in Construction, published in 2014).
