TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement comprises design services, execution of works, and obtaining permits (building permits, environmental permits, operating permits, temporary permits for waste management, etc., as defined in Book 3 – REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY) for the construction project of the Regional Waste Management Centre “Orlovnjak”, in all respects in accordance with the conditions of the contract for Plant and Design-Build for electrical and mechanical facilities and works according to the Contractor’s designs (FIDIC Yellow Book, first edition 1999, Croatian translation published by the Croatian Association of Consultants, the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers, and the Association of Consulting Companies in Construction, published in 2014). The subject of procurement forms an integral part of the project “Regional Waste Management Centre Orlovnjak”.
