TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor is required to deliver to the Contracting Authority a fully functional and tested Facility at the Facility location Vir, as defined by these procurement documents. The works covered by the Contract include: • Design and all necessary investigation and field works, including obtaining all required permits and consents a) Carrying out all necessary investigation and field works that include: - Surveying works and services - Geotechnical investigation works and services b) Preparation of amendments and/or supplements to the existing Conceptual Design for WWTP 53,000 PE, with a facility for solar sludge drying and FCG, or preparation of a new Conceptual Design, if the Contractor deems it necessary, including obtaining special conditions from public-law bodies and obtaining the site permit at the Contractor’s expense (within the agreed construction period) c) Preparation of all Main Designs for WWTP and FCG, including obtaining confirmations from public-law bodies for the Main Designs and obtaining the construction permit(s) at the Contractor’s expense (according to professional regulations) d) Preparation of all necessary Detailed Designs for the construction…
