The subject of the public contract “Design and construction of the Technological Competence Park Soboško jezero” is the comprehensive implementation of the design and construction of the Technological Competence Park Soboško jezero in the area of Soboško jezero Lake in the City Municipality of Murska Sobota, on the basis of the principle “design and build”. The subject of the public contract includes the preparation of all design and other documentation required to obtain design and other conditions, opinions, a building permit, to carry out the construction and to obtain the occupancy permit, as well as the performance of all construction, craft, installation and other works required for the construction, completion and commencement of use of the business incubator facility of the Technological Competence Park Soboško jezero with its associated equipment, and the external works and arrangements including transport, utility (public utilities), energy, telecommunications and landscaping.
