TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the investment is the implementation of the planned multi-family construction with public rental apartments, the associated underground garage, external works, traffic arrangements, parking areas, connections to public utility infrastructure, and accompanying shared, technical and auxiliary rooms in the Tezno area in the City Municipality of Maribor. The construction is planned to comprise approximately 46 to 50 residential units, intended to provide public rental apartments, together with all associated arrangements that are required for a functional, lawful, technically suitable and rational implementation of the investment.
