TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the investment is the execution of the planned multi-dwelling construction with publicly rented apartments, the associated underground garage, external development works, traffic arrangements, parking areas, connections to the municipal public utility infrastructure, and accompanying common, technical and auxiliary premises in the Tezno area in the City Municipality of Maribor. The construction is planned for approximately 46 to 50 residential units intended to provide publicly rented apartments, together with all associated arrangements required for functional, lawful, technically adequate and rational execution of the investment.
