TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the investment is the execution of the planned multi-family construction with public rental flats, the associated underground garage, external arrangements, traffic arrangements, parking areas, connections to municipal public utility infrastructure, and accompanying common, technical and auxiliary spaces in the Tezno area in the City Municipality of Maribor. The construction is planned to comprise approximately 46 to 50 residential units, intended to provide public rental flats, together with all associated arrangements that are needed for functional, lawful, technically appropriate and rational execution of the investment. The purpose of the investment is to obtain high-quality, functional, energy-efficient, sustainable and long-term rational public rental flats, designed in a way that enables economical construction, effective maintenance, appropriate quality of living, and the execution of the investment in accordance with the mandatory requirements of green public procurement, in particular regarding efficient use of energy, use of renewable energy sources, sustainable materials, and the use of wood or wood-based products as a sustainable construction…
