TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to build an education center on the plots with Fl.-No. 2321/3, 2321/4, 2321/5, 2322, 2323 and 2323/2, cadastral district Weilheim in Upper Bavaria. At the time the contract is awarded, no zoning plan exists for the plots. With a view to financing the education center, it may be that the implementation (planning and construction) of the individual structures is carried out in construction phases, which in terms of timing may also be several years apart. The construction project is an subsidised grant construction measure funded by the Federal Government and the State on the basis of the “Joint Guidelines for the Promotion of Inter-company Vocational Education and Training Centres (ÜBS) and their Further Training to Competence Centres” of the Federal Ministries for Education and Research and for Economic Affairs and Energy. The Federal Government’s Guidelines for grant construction measures (RZBau) and the relevant provisions of the Federal Budget Code (BHO) must therefore be observed.
