TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to construct an education centre on the plots with Fl.Nos. 2321/3, 2321/4, 2321/5, 2322, 2323 and 2323/2, the Weilheim cadastral district in Upper Bavaria. At the time the contract is awarded, no development plan exists for the plots. With a view to financing the education centre, it may be that the implementation (planning and construction) of the individual buildings is carried out in construction phases which, in terms of time, may also be several years apart. The construction project is an subsidised funding construction measure supported by the federal government and the state on the basis of the “Joint Guidelines for the funding of inter-company vocational training centres (ÜBS) and their further training to become competence centres” of the Federal Ministries for Education and Research and for Economic Affairs and Energy. The Federal guidelines for funding construction measures (RZBau) and the relevant provisions of the Federal Budget Code (BHO) must therefore be observed.
