TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to build an education center on the plots with plot numbers Fl.Nr. 2321/3, 2321/4, 2321/5, 2322, 2323 and 2323/2, municipality Weilheim in Upper Bavaria. At the time of award, there is no development plan for the plots. With a view to financing the education center, it may be that the implementation (design and construction) of the individual buildings is carried out in construction phases, which in terms of time may also be several years apart. The construction project is a grant-funded construction measure supported by the Federal Government and the State on the basis of the “Joint guidelines for the promotion of inter-company vocational training centers (ÜBS) and their further training to competence centers” of the Federal Ministries of Education and Research and for Economic Affairs and Energy. The Federal Government’s guidelines for grant-funded measures (RZBau) and the relevant provisions of the Federal Budget Code (BHO) must therefore be observed. The ANBest-P Bund must also be observed as a condition of funding. The decisive factor in each case are the funding conditions stated in the grant notice issued by the funding providers.…
