TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the provision of design and engineering services consisting in the preparation of design documentation for obtaining permission for the project (DPZ) and design documentation for execution of the construction work (DPS), whereby the DPS will also serve as documentation for the tendering and selection of the construction contractor, including the bill of quantities of works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities. The scope of performance also includes pre-project preparation necessary for proper preparation of the design documentation (surveying, investigations, probes, assessments, ...). Furthermore, monitoring and continuous updating of the estimated investment costs of the construction, ensuring a heritage/monument restoration survey, preparation of a detailed plan for construction site organization, proposal of a framework schedule for execution of the construction, and ensuring complete engineering services (obtaining permission for the project, obtaining all statements/opinions/approvals, providing comments/positions, cooperation during selection of the construction contractor, ...).
