The subject of performance of the public contract is project activity. The contract is not divided into parts (the contracting authority does not allow partial performance). The subject of performance of the public contract is services consisting in the preparation of project documentation for the subsequent implementation of the project "Capacity Parking – Louka Swimming Pool" on the land parcel no. 32/1-24/6, 24/5 in the cadastral area of Znojmo-Louka. The estimated investment costs of the construction are CZK 200 million excluding VAT. The binding basis for the preparation of the project documentation is the Study, which is annex no. 1 of this procurement documentation. The subject of performance consists mainly of the following outputs and activities: 1. Preparation of project documentation for the approval of the intent (DPZ), which will contain in the documentation section all documents necessary for issuing the approval of the intent. The DPZ will also include consultation with all DOSS (concerned state administration bodies) and pre-project preparation including all necessary construction-technical surveys (e.g. geological and geotechnical survey, hydrogeological survey,…
