TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of a set of project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD"), with the final stage being the PD for construction implementation. The subject of performance will also include complete provision of engineering activities, cooperation in the procurement procedure for the public contract for the execution of the respective construction works, and the performance of author's supervision for the implementation of the subsequent construction project. The PD preparation will also include securing all necessary surveys beyond the provided documentation (including re-measurement of the existing state of buildings, geodetic survey of the affected area including technical infrastructure, digitization and re-measurement of documentation, construction-technical survey, static survey, etc.).
