Preparation of design documentation: - in the stage for obtaining a building permit, - in the stage for executing the construction, - within the scope in accordance with the applicable Building Act and the implementing decree to the Building Act - hydrogeological and geological survey of the affected site - geodetic mapping of the site - the technological design of the wastewater treatment plant (ČOV), which will be prepared using mathematical modelling - consultation/coordination of the design documentation in the stage for obtaining a building permit with the relevant authorities - ensuring the issuance of a legally effective building permit - determining the method of waste disposal, the method of using material transfers - preparation of the safety and health plan for work at the construction site (BOZP) - preparation of a priced budget and a bill of quantities of construction works, supplies and services with a schedule of quantities - providing cooperation and technical assistance in the procurement procedure for selecting the contractor in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Sb., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended - performance of the designer’s supervision…
