TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services to be provided by the contractor is based on the publication series of the Committee of Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for the Fees Schedule (AHO) e.V. (AHO), Issue No. 9 for project management services in the construction and real estate industry in the version of the 6th edition 2025. The contract scope includes basic services and special services of project management, which are specified in more detail in the specification of services (Annex 1). A phased commissioning of the planned services will be carried out, i.e. with the award the contracting authority transfers to the contractor project stage 1. In this project stage, in particular, the contractor must provide the project preparation services in accordance with the AHO publication series No. 9 "Project management services in the construction and real estate industry" as of March 2025.
