KS Cologne - Remagen, project management (preparation and implementation of an commissioning concept) Cross-trade commissioning concept for the corridor refurbishment Hürth-Kalscheuren – Remagen on route 2630. The subject of the contract is the preparation of the high-level (coarse) and detailed commissioning concepts as well as the coordination of all commissioning-relevant schedule, interface, test, acceptance and release processes. The measure includes extensive infrastructure work in the areas of train control and safety technology, track construction, overhead line systems, electrical power installations, telecommunications, traffic stations and other infrastructure trades. The contractor supports the cross-trade preparation, coordination, management and implementation of commissioning, including construction conditions, partial commissioning, changeovers, releases and project-overarching interfaces. The aim of the service is to ensure an overall commissioning of the project corridor that is technically, operationally and schedule-coordinated.
