TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lebenshilfe Donau-Iller e. V. intends to build a new curative education center (HPZ) at the existing Senden location. The construction project includes the erection of a modern support center with a focus on intellectual development. In addition to the Lindenhofschule (LHS), an integrative kindergarten (IKG) and a curative education day care center (HPT) will be built. The spatial program is supplemented by central facilities such as a sports hall, therapy pool, large kitchen, as well as the required outdoor facilities. The planning foresees a timber hybrid construction with several cluster buildings and a central access building. To create space for an efficiently structured and contemporary location, the existing buildings must be completely dismantled. The project planner was already selected as part of an architectural competition. The planning of the outdoor facilities has also already been awarded.
