The subject of this negotiated procedure with prior publication (VgV) is the required services of “project management and general advisory services” in accordance with the description of services in the “Project description”, Appendix 07, pages 7-8. As soon as the construction phase begins, up to three days per week onsite presence is required, since the complex measures, in particular during the commissioning phase, must be closely monitored by the project management. At RWTH Aachen University Hospital, rooms may be rented if needed. The contracting party is required to use the internet-based platform Conclude/CDE in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority (AG) with project manager rights. .
