The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves Project Management and general consulting services for the implementation of flushing ventilation systems in staircase cores and digestorium exhaust air systems.

• Organization, Information, Coordination, and Documentation: This encompasses managing project information, ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders, and maintaining thorough documentation, utilizing an online platform like Conclude for document management.
• Risk Management: Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Cost Management: Overseeing cost estimates, implementing cost controls, steering costs to meet targets, reviewing invoices, updating cost tracking, and using Conclude for cost controlling. This also includes preparing monthly cost controlling reports.
• Quality and Quantity Management: Analyzing, assessing, and steering the performance of planning participants, particularly the coordination and integration services of the technical building equipment (TGA) planner. This also involves reviewing documentation, service specifications, bid evaluations, and award proposals.
• Schedule Management: Monitoring and controlling project timelines to ensure adherence to objectives, establishing and maintaining a master schedule, and preparing monthly progress reports. The project has a foreseen duration until November 27, 2029.
• Contract Management: Assisting with enforcing contractual obligations, reviewing and proposing approvals for additional remuneration, structuring award procedures, reviewing change order processes, and using Conclude for contract and change order management.
